INTRODUCING

TECHNICAL ENGLISH

–a 10-week course for ambitious engineers–

 Taught by an engineer.

Learn to communicate clearly with your clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, and understand the logic behind technical English.

If you’re a non-native English-speaking engineer working on international projects or abroad, and you find yourself saying, “I hate English, but I desperately need it for my projects,” – this is for you.

THE NEXT COURSE STARTS January 21, 2026

*Limited Time Offer Of €726 EUR (or 3x 260 EUR), incl. taxes. Maximum of 8 participants per course.

You’re an engineer, and you want to be taken seriously when speaking English.

And you know, if you want to win the best projects, develop them in time, and work with an international team seamlessly, English will be critical for your success.

But you’re still having difficulties communicating with your clients or colleagues…

You tried learning all the tech vocabulary and even bought a grammar book.

Your answers take too long, because you are still translating in your head before speaking up.

And you might be experiencing frustration and anger. And really wanting to feel like the professional that you are but being unable to do that because of the language barrier.

The consequences are that it…

Has probably impacted your confidence.

And that you’re not achieving the career targets you want. Or even worse, you lost a contract because you lack technical English skills.

What if you could significantly improve your technical English skills PLUS understand the logic behind technical English?

I have been working with international engineers one-on-one for more than five years. Even though every single one of my clients has unique projects and challenges, there is always a common goal.

That is why I have created this technical English course: to help you develop the practical skill set to learn English that gets the job done.

Discovering the logic behind technical English.

Developing the practical skill set to make English your new superpower.

And there will be no unnecessary fluff because you’ll

Learn from a teacher who is an engineer as well.

Imagine you can improve…

FROM THIS:

Staying in the background and never present your projects…

Spending hours writing a simple email, with wonky results…

Always doubting yourself and wondering if you used a word correctly…

Having no-one to ask for quick and solid communication advise…

Being quiet during meetings and hoping no one asks a question…

TO THIS:

Presenting your ideas during meetings (like a boss).

Writing good English work emails (fast).

Relaxing and not stressing out about grammar (ever again).

Having a system and support going forward.

Talking to clients and stakeholders. Like the pro that you are.

If that sounds like a good plan, then…

Kick-Off Session

Get set for success

In our very first lesson together, we kick off the course by introducing key concepts and discussing course objectives.

We get to know each other, I can evaluate your language skills, and fine-tune the following lessons to the group’s needs.

Module 1:

Starting fast and furious

A high-impact session where you’ll learn how to introduce yourself clearly and confidently in English—what we call your “elevator pitch.” This short intro is key when meeting international clients or colleagues.

We’ll also talk about common mistakes engineers make when learning English, and how to avoid them. I’ll share my proven success strategy, and you’ll learn why your accent isn’t a problem—it’s actually a strength. (1 session)

Module 2:

The tech side of English

We’ll explore the three key types of English engineers deal with: Business English, Technical English, and Simplified Technical English—what they are, and what they’re not.

You’ll also get a solid, no-nonsense grammar foundation: just the grammar you actually need, with simple theory, guided practice, and real-life examples.

Getting this part right makes everything else easier. (3 sessions)

Module 3:

Not fast, but furious – when answering takes too long

What do you say when your mind goes blank—or when the question is tough? In this module, you’ll learn how to answer quickly and smartly, without falling into the trap of mentally translating everything from your native language.

We’ll cover strategies to help you prepare for meetings, presentations, and client conversations, so you feel ready and sound professional—no more long pauses or getting stuck. (2 sessions)

Module 4:

The unwritten rules of communication

For future reference, this is the version I’ll use: Every culture has its own way of “doing communication”—and it’s not just about grammar. In this module, we dive into the cultural side of international teamwork: what sounds polite in one language may seem rude or too soft in another.

And while it’s impossible to learn everything about every culture, you’ll discover techniques to bring international teams closer together by reducing friction, building trust, and avoiding common misunderstandings.

We’ll combine theory, exercises, and real examples from emails and work situations to help you communicate more clearly across borders. (2 sessions)

 The Final Q & A

In this final session, you decide what we talk about. Bring your questions—whether they’re about the course, your real work, or anything else related to using English as an engineer. You’ll get helpful answers, practical tips, and personal advice you can use right away.

We’ll also take a look at your future goals and challenges, so I can help you plan your next steps in learning Technical English.

You’ll finish the course feeling clear, confident, and ready to keep moving forward.

I am worried. Is my English good enough?

If you’re worried about your English language skills, don’t be! Non-native speakers can take this course. They should have a language level between B2 and C1 on the CEFR scale. If you have no idea what that is, then ask yourself: do I understand the content of this website?

This course is for engineers who work on international projects or with international teams. So, I assume you have a basic understanding of English. This will allow you to follow the course content. If you can understand about 75% of this page, then that’s enough to follow the course.

But, if for any reason you find that the course is not suitable for you, don’t worry. You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. I am confident that this course will make a real difference in your work, and I stand behind it 100%.

How many people are in one course?

Maximum 8. In my experience, this is the ideal group size for optimal learning.

And I hope we have engineers from around the world! This allows for various viewpoints. A small group also guarantees that everyone feels free to talk and ask questions. Small groups help me to give individual attention to each person. This makes learning more interactive and engaging.

If there are more than 8 engineers who want to participate, I’ll open up another group.

Are 10 lessons enough?

Are 10 lessons enough to make you a good (technical) English speaker?

Good question. With language learning, there is always a responsibility with the student. However, engineers have a natural talent for learning languages. Brain science shows a link between systematic thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. Both engineers and language learners need this link to succeed.

In the course, I will help you understand the system behind technical English. I will also teach you skills + strategies to help you succeed long after this course.

P.S. We meet ten times, 90 minutes each.

How much does it cost?

The course costs 726EUR, before taxes.

You can pay the full amount upfront or pay in three installments of 260EUR each (before taxes).

If you opt for installments, the first payment is due when you book your spot. The next two payments are spread out over the course duration. This payment flexibility makes the course accessible to more individuals.

If you own a company inside the EU, email me BEFORE purchasing the course so I can write you a reverse tax invoice.

How does it work?

After you complete your purchase, you will need to create an account. The account gives you access to the learning platform.

After every live session, I will upload a recording of the live session.

You will also get a purchase confirmation email. It includes your login details and a link to the course platform. So, even if you lose your login info, you can find the info in that email.
